In case of inclement weather prior to start time, the parade will NOT be cancelled.
Our policy is, if there is light rain the parade will be held.  In case
of lightning, thunder or hail, there will be a half hour delay, after which the
Webster Harvest Days Committee and law enforcement will decide whether or
not to cancel the parade.

If the park driveway floods after a heavy rain, the parade units will
de-stage west of the park driveway on the asphalt road.
